TOUCH WOOD reimagines Australian brunch and all-day dining with a focus on premium local seafood and artisan produce. The elegant, open interior features native Australian florals and warm timber finishes, creating a relaxed harbourside atmosphere.
Founded by hospitality veteran Tyson Rowsell (The Grounds of Alexandria, Dirty Red), the kitchen is led by Head Chef Courtney Blyde (Baba’s Place, The Apollo). Chef Blyde’s menu—described as “fresh, clean and balanced, brunch food with personality”—features seafood-forward dishes like Crab & XO Butter Crumpets and a reimagined Fish Chowder Pie, emphasizing clean, seasonal flavours.
An “immersive coffee adventure” curated by industry expert Paul Cabezas-Heathwood features rotating selections from Sydney’s best boutique roasters and experimental brew methods. Touchwood also features an Australian-focused wine list curated by Saint wine, along with local craft beers, cocktails and more.
