TOUCH WOOD reimagines Australian brunch and all-day dining with a focus on premium local seafood and artisan produce. The elegant, open interior features native Australian florals and warm timber finishes, creating a relaxed harbourside atmosphere.
Founded by hospitality veteran Tyson Rowsell (The Grounds of Alexandria, Dirty Red), the kitchen is led by Head Chef Arin Ellis. Our menu is designed to celebrate the best of Australian seafood in a relaxed waterfront setting, delivering dishes that are authentic, generous and connected to the land and sea.
An “immersive coffee adventure” curated by industry expert Paul Cabezas-Heathwood features rotating selections from Sydney’s best boutique roasters and experimental brew methods. Touchwood also features an Australian-focused wine list curated by Saint wine, along with local craft beers, cocktails and more.
